Crystal Waters Pools & Spas has been fantastic to work with. Last year we built a 20' x 40' sports pool, and because we're both so busy, we decided to hire someone to handle the water chemistry and keep everything looking great. We also have a Bullfrog spa, and if you've ever owned one, you know they can be a real pain to keep crystal clear. Somehow, Cayden has managed to keep even that piece of crap Bullfrog spa looking perfect. Before finding Crystal Waters, we went through two different pool service companies that promised they would show up every other week on the same day, rain or shine. Unfortunately, neither of them lived up to that commitment. I came across Cayden through a post in our local Neighborhood Facebook group. One phone call later, we had an agreed-upon price and a set service day every other week. Since then, he hasn't missed it once. I've never had to call and ask why he didn't show up. Every visit, he takes care of the pool, lets me know if there's anything that needs attention, and simply sends an invoice at the end of the month. It's exactly how a service business should operate. Beyond doing an excellent job, Cayden is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about his customers. After a power outage, our pool pump was off for a couple of days without us realizing it, and by the time we noticed, the water had turned cloudy. Cayden happened to be out of town, but instead of leaving us hanging, he took my call, walked me through exactly what to do, and had the water crystal clear again within 24 hours. Dependable, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with—those qualities are hard to find these days. It has been amazing to have Cayden service our pool weekly! Every time we open it, it looks amazing and we can just jump in and enjoy. He is great to answer any questions I have and has even offered to come on days that we have big parties to make sure it's ready to go!
