Crystal Waters Pools & Spas has been fantastic to work with. Last year we built a 20' x 40' sports pool, and because we're both so busy, we decided to hire someone to handle the water chemistry and keep everything looking great. We also have a Bullfrog spa, and if you've ever owned one, you know they can be a real pain to keep crystal clear. Somehow, Cayden has managed to keep even that piece of crap Bullfrog spa looking perfect. Before finding Crystal Waters, we went through two different pool service companies that promised they would show up every other week on the same day, rain or shine. Unfortunately, neither of them lived up to that commitment. I came across Cayden through a post in our local Neighborhood Facebook group. One phone call later, we had an agreed-upon price and a set service day every other week. Since then, he hasn't missed it once. I've never had to call and ask why he didn't show up. Every visit, he takes care of the pool, lets me know if there's anything that needs attention, and simply sends an invoice at the end of the month. It's exactly how a service business should operate. Beyond doing an excellent job, Cayden is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about his customers. After a power outage, our pool pump was off for a couple of days without us realizing it, and by the time we noticed, the water had turned cloudy. Cayden happened to be out of town, but instead of leaving us hanging, he took my call, walked me through exactly what to do, and had the water crystal clear again within 24 hours. Dependable, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with—those qualities are hard to find these days. I dumped into him at a pool store. My husband and I just purchased our hot tub and we had zero idea on what to do. He gave me his business card and we called him. He came out and fixed the water that we had ruined and has been coming out every week since. He is very knowledgeable and supper great to work with. I had a question one Sunday and he answered and was VERY nice when I asked questions as he probably don’t work weekends!! If you choose to get someone to service your hot tub and or pool he is your guy!!!!!

Excellent customer service and shows up every week … they are knowledgeable and know how to make schedule changes and run the Pentair Intellechem salt water system we have. For me they check pool chemicals and adjust them once a week and vacuum and brush the pool and hot tub biweekly. I am sure If I need something else done they will be happy to do it. I’m very happy with them😀
